Seated Buddha on open-work throne consisting of two tiers, the lower showing kneeling and praying devotees. The upper tier shows two prostrate lions flanking a seated devotee supporting the god with raised hands, two raising deer's at the front corners and two kneeling devotees on each side of the throne. The Buddha is dressed in a flowy robe, his hands are raised in front of his chest forming the gesture of teaching or dharmacakrapravartana. His head is slightly bowing to the chest with a faint smile and downcast eyes, the urna between the fine eyebrows. Curls cover the head and ushnisha. There is a small hole in the back of the Buddha.
